Welcome to Reach Plans, operated by National Reach Marketing Center (“REACH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website located at https://reachplans.com/ (the “Site”) or by enrolling in our communications programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
- Eligibility and Scope of Services
REACH connects independent workers, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and individuals with health benefit options and guidance through our licensed representatives and care guides. Our services are intended solely for users who are residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older.
- Mobile Messaging & SMS Terms (A2P Compliance)
By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box, you expressly consent to receive text messages from National Reach Marketing Center LLC, operating under the REACH brand.
- Program Description: Text messages are sent to provide you with health benefit options, plan information, eligibility guidance, enrollment assistance, and customer support services directly related to your inquiry.
- Authorized Technology: You acknowledge and agree that text messages may be sent using automated technology, including an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or artificial/prerecorded voices.
- Consent Not a Condition: Providing consent to receive text messages is completely voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods, health plans, or services from us.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, your enrollment status, and your specific requests for information.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. REACH is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider for text messages sent or received.
- How to Opt-Out (Unsubscribe)
You have the right to revoke your consent and stop receiving text messages from us at any time.
- To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any mobile message you receive from us.
- After replying STOP, you will receive one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages from that specific text program unless you opt back in.
- You may also opt-out or manage your communication preferences by calling us directly at 866-886-2030 or emailing us at contact@reachplans.com.
- How to Get Help
If you are experiencing issues with our text messaging program or need assistance, you can reply HELP to any text message you receive, call us toll-free at 866-886-2030, or email contact@reachplans.com.
- Mobile Carrier Opt-In and Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging may not be available on all carriers or in all geographic areas.
- Privacy & Data Protection (No Third-Party Sharing)
We respect your privacy. Any personal information, including mobile phone numbers, collected through our Site will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Important: Your mobile information, phone number, and SMS opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketers or unaffiliated entities for their own marketing purposes under any circumstances.
